Brad is an outstanding REALTOR, I couldn't find a better one. My wife and I have known Brad for a couple of years and worked with him to find exactly the right house for us. When we finally decided to buy he was able to negotiate a significantly lower price and then worked all the details including home inspection, termites inspection, etc, and had great recommendations for the lender, insurance, and a handyman. He was able to help us secure a rapid closing so we could finalize the purchase before the beginning of the summer season, even with my wife and I being out of the country for a portion of the due diligence period. Brad is the utmost professional with a low key approach and great demeanor. We had constant communication throughout the whole process which was key since we were out of state. Brad didn’t push any mortgage company’s and we used our local credit union. He offered suggestions for homeowners insurance when asked after I did my own research we ended up going with his recommendation. We were moving from across the state and have a very challenging schedule.
